This week’s sweet treat is the Sultana Fennel Pull Apart made with organic sun dried sultanas from Murray View Organics, Two Fold harvested and toasted fennel, mixed through a brioche dough using local olive oil and honey, organic white wheat bakers flour from Wholegrain Milling, organic stoneground rye flour and rosella flour from Woodstock Flour, topped with egg wash and raw sugar.
