This loaf is made from 40% sustainable purple wheat flour from Wholegrain Milling and 60% organic spitfire flour from Woodstock Flour. Stock has run out of Purple Wheat for this season, so we are enjoying baking with the last of our flour. Get it whilst it lasts!
