Continuing with our Winter citrus theme this week we have a new cake! We have been given some beautiful local limes so have teamed them with rosella flour from Woodstock, organic coconut, coconut milk, sugar and local eggs for a tropical vibe, leading into spring!

Drizzled with lime syrup and icing, and sprinkled with coconut flakes.
