Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

This week’s loaf is a Light Khorasan using 70% organic roller milled bakers white flour and 30% organic roller milled Khorasan from Wholegrain Milling. Khorasan is an ancient grain, high in protein, an ancestor of modern durum wheats.
