Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

This week’s Wholegrain Tin is a blend of stone ground wholegrain Triticale , with a touch of janz wheat, both from Woodstock Flour. Triticale is a cross between rye and wheat, low in gluten and high in protein, with malt and caramel flavours.
