Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

The Herb Focaccia is made using organic white wheat flour from Wholegrain Milling and organic stoneground wholegrain Spitfire wheat from Woodstock Flour, Mt Zero Frantoio extra virgin olive oil, Pink Lake salt, and fresh garden herbs. Great on a platter, or cut in half for sandwiches.
