Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).
This week’s loaf is a Wholegrain Spelt Tin, using 100% organic stoneground wholegrain spelt flour from Woodstock Flour, rolled in oats from Burrum Biodynamics.
Spelt is an ancient wheat with sweet, nutty characteristics. It is low in gluten, high in nutritional value and easy to digest.
