Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

This week’s Classic White Vienna is made using organic roller milled white wheat flour from Wholegrain Milling and 25% organic stoneground wholegrain spitfire wheat from Woodstock Flour.
