Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

This week’s loaf is a Wholegrain Rye and Zanzibar Tin , using Zanzibar red wheat from Miller Baker James in Monbulk, and Rye and Spitfire wheat from Woodstock Flour near Rutherglen. A dollop of molasses for a hint of sweetness and added complexity. Full of flavour, and supporting our Victorian grain growers!
