Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

It's the season for Sourdough Hot Cross Buns! Sold in half dozens, this season’s Hot Cross Buns are vegan, organic, wood fired and naturally leavened. Wholegrain milling organic bakers flour, organic stone ground wholegrain rye & spitfire wheat flour from Woodstock Flour, rye leaven, salt, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon, cooked orange, olive oil, raw sugar, currants, sultanas and glazed with sugar & spice.
