Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).
This week’s loaf is an Olive Oil & Honey Tin using organic stoneground lightly sifted spitfire and rosella wheat flours from Woodstock Flour, Yecora wheat from Burrum Biodynamics, with Salute Oliva extra virgin olive oil and Des O’ Toole’s honey throughout giving a very soft crumb. Perfect for sandwiches, not very sweet, and has a beautiful honey aroma when toasted.
