When we were thinking about what we would make for the Christmas in July feasting table, we couldn’t help but dream of all the rich pudding we wanted to eat.
So we have made sticky date pudding!
This pudding will have organic wholegrain stoneground rosella wheat from Woodstock Flour. Local eggs, dates, brown sugar, cream, bi-carb, baking powder, salt and lemons from our tree.

To eat: All you gotta do is warm it up in the oven of 15min at 180 degrees and your set to feed 4-6 people (depending on how hungry they are).
