Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

This week’s Koraleigh Fruit loaf is made using organic stoneground rye & janz wheat flour from Woodstock Flour and organic white wheat flour from Wholegrain Milling. This loaf is full of organic sun dried apricots, sun muscats, currants and sultanas grown and dried by our dear friends Frank and Pene at Murray View Organics in Koraleigh, with a little allspice and cinnamon, and poppy seed on top.
