Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

This week’s loaf is a Light Spelt, blending organic stoneground wholegrain spelt flour from Wholegrain Milling,biodynamic spelt grain from Burrum Biodynamics, with certified organic bakers white wheat flour from Wholegrain Milling. Spelt is an ancient wheat, low in gluten and easy to digest, with sweet and nutty flavours.
