Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

This week’s loaf is the Wimmera Grains, using organic stoneground wholegrain spitfire flour from Woodstock Flour and organic roller milled white wheat flour from Wholegrain Milling, combined with whole spelt, lentils, rye, barley and oat grains from our friends at Burrum Biodynamics in Marnoo and linseed from Waltanna Farms in Hamilton.
