Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

This week’s loaf is a Light Zanzibar using 70% organic roller milled bakers white flour from Wholegrain Milling, and 30% organic stoneground wholegrain zanzibar flour from Miller Baker James. Then folded with sprouted scout wheat grain from Burrum Biodynamics.
Zanzibar is a red wheat variety that has been biodynamically grown up in northern Victoria before being passed to James in the Dandenongs to be milled in his small scale mill.
