Each Thursday we bake to order for our local community. Your loaf will be ready for pick up from a depot in Daylesford, Yandoit or Kyneton (details confirmed via email).

This week’s sweet treat is the Sultana Bun Pull Apart made with organic sun dried sultanas from Murray View Organics, mixed through a brioche dough using local olive oil and honey, organic white wheat bakers flour from Wholegrain Milling, organic stoneground sifted spitfire and rosella wheats and rye flour from Woodstock Flour, a touch of toasted fennel and topped with raw sugar..
